Birmingham, let’s get ready …….
The mighty world of WWE is coming to the Utilita Arena in Birmingham on Wednesday, April 26th, 2023. You can see your favourite WWE Superstars in live wrestling matches. The line-up will include superstars of the WWE world, including Bobby Lashley, Seth “Freakin” Rollins, Matt Riddle, Kevin Owens, AJ Styles, Finn Balor, Bianca Belair, Bayley and many, many more.
WWE Wrestling brings together a unique blend of sport and entertainment. It is a combination of in-ring match action and rock concert energy. The ultimate in family entertainment, why not book some tickets or ask for some on your Christmas list? Ticket prices start from £30.80.
You get an entire evening’s entertainment for your money. The doors open at 18.00 and the show starts around 19.30. There is a midway interval during the fun-filled, action-packed evening, and the show finishes around 22.30. Under 14’s must be accompanied by an adult and are not allowed in the standing area. Over 14’s can come unaccompanied, but 14- and 15-year-olds do need to be accompanied by someone 18 or over to come into the standing area.
If you know someone who is WWE crazy, you might want to consider buying one of the incredible packages that are offered. £402.50 will get you a 360 Front Row WWE Superstar Experience. The package includes the following:
- Front row seat, so you will be up close to the ringside
- Professional photo op with the WWE Superstars
- Exclusive Q and A session before the show
- A chance to stand in front of the ring holding a championship title belt, with the WWE Superstars in the ring behind you.
- A walk-in entrance before the show – just like you were a WWE Superstar yourself (you can’t go into the ring, though)
- A mini title autographed replica belt
- A 3D event poster
- Priority check-in
There are two other great hospitality packages on offer with all the same benefits but where you will be seated slightly further back. They will set you back a little less financially as well. The Row 2 package costs £327.50, and Row 3 weighs in at £202.50
There are also a couple of hospitality packages for the event if you are looking for something slightly less pricey. For £175 per person, there is an Amplify Street Food option. This ticket gets you:
- A Premium ticket
- Private entrance with exclusive check-in
- Access to the hospitality area
- Three free drinks
- Informal street food light bites
- Onsite parking
Or choose the Private Balcony Package for £85 per person. You will get
- Private entrance and exclusive check-in
- Private balcony with a panoramic view
- Complementary cloakroom
- Access to private bar facility
Whichever way you choose to go, you will find WWE to be a highly entertaining live-action event. And even if you can’t get along to the live show, you do not have to miss out on WWE Superstars’ action. If you have BT Sport, you can watch WWE SmackDown and WWE NXT live and on catch up. Live WWE Wrestling also streams directly from the official website
If you like your WWE a little bit more interactive, there are plenty of gaming opportunities to try out. You can try out the fun app WWE Battlecards where you use strategy skills to locate rival game pieces and then slam your way through countless competitions. Alternatively, Microgaming, whose slots have top free welcome bonus no deposit required features, have a WWE Link and Win online slot game. The game is wrestling themed and features some of the most popular WWE icons from recent years. It has audio and visual references and is the official slot for WWE Wrestling.
Like most forms of wrestling, WWE is performance-based theatre rather than actual, legitimate fighting. The matches have storylines and are choreographed. However, that does not take away from the skill or sheer entertainment on offer. The performers are highly trained and at real risk of injury.
