This futuristic experience will launch you into the unknown where the growth of tech can be explained but its power is left to discover.
Held in The Mac, Eugene, the sci-fi comedy show will be performed by Daniel Nicholas and directed by Emily Howlett. This will convey the fast-paced world we live in and answer questions along the way. This spectacle will propose the greatest question of what happens when technology has the power to solve global problems. Previously described as “TED talk meets The Terminator” it will reflect what’s going on in the current world as well as being a fun experience about humanity’s battle with machines. Hugh from Hu-Bris industries is launching Eugene. This is the first superhuman artificial intelligence that will supposedly answer the world’s issues specifically climate change.
To create an interactive atmosphere Nicholas decided he wanted to make use of The Difference Engine Wi-Fi to talk to attendees through their devices using the AI superhuman. This means different stories can be told to the guests throughout the performance. To conclude, two opposing endings will occur simultaneously based on the options the guests previously decided. Additionally, using AI derogatory comments will be made throughout the performance. Further benefits to using electronic devices are: deaf individuals will get the opportunity to join in and see the show, making it suitable for all over the age of 14.
Starting from only £9, this 60-minute exhibit will start at 7:45pm on Friday 10th March 2023. So, attend if you want to venture into the future and see the impossible possible. Don’t miss out!
