Eco-Resin Homeware Workshop
Looking for a sustainable way to spruce up your home décor? Red Brick Market has you covered. On the 22nd April they will be holding an eco-resin workshop to help you build new homeware items.
The workshop is for people of all skill levels, its quick and easy to follow and will certainly bring you some entertainment. The sessions will be held hourly from 11 am until 4 pm and be 45 minutes long. Tickets are £12 each and all equipment you will need to create your home décor will be provided.
The speedy crash course will help you learn a new skill and produce something stunning for you home. You will get to mix, colour, and pour the eco-resin into one of the 5 options available. After this your creation will take around 1 hour to set giving you the perfect chance to walk round Red Brick Market and see the unique and crazy stalls they have to offer. You’ll for sure struggle to say no to their quirky and cool vintage items. After, your creation is yours to keep and take home to upgrade your interior.

Abstract Painting Class
If you’re wanting to create an abstract masterpiece to bright up your front room, Cass Art can help you create this. With your imagination being the limit there’s really no boundaries on what you will create.
The workshop will be led by a professional artist who will help you paint an abstract beach sunset. If you’re a beginner, then there’s no worries as you can follow step by step instruction to create what you desire. The class allows you to discover the art of colour mixing as you can make you painting with any colours you want. Unlike some of your usual art classes this will be a fun yet relaxing experience
The event will be held on Sunday 16th April from 10 am until 11:45 am. In just under 2 hours, you will walk away with a new skill and an abstract masterpiece. The class will provide all the materials you need from aprons to paint and even palettes to mix those perfect shades.
For those beginners the class will be led by artist Urvashi Patel. Patel works with acrylics and oil paints to create her abstract art. She believes art helps with healing and gives a sense a freedom. The class aims to help you feel the same way about art and create an enjoyable unique experience.

Photography Workshop
Wanting to develop your photography skills or even learn a trick or two, Wex can help you do this. Their upcoming workshop will educate you on how to photograph live music events on a professional level. The course will cover how to get the perfect shot at large venue music events and gigs, giving you valuable skills to take away and apply when taking your own photos.
The event will be supported by no other than Canon and led by pro photographer Isha Shah. Shah has lots of experience at music venues and even captured rapper and singer Lizzo. Her work has been captured and produced all over the world, so she’ll certainly give you some extraordinary tips. Kit requirement, how to work with low lighting, and setting up are just some of the important points that will be covered.
This workshop will take place on the 16th April at 4 pm, It will be online and free to attend. You will be able to register via Eventbrite to secure your spot and learn all the greatest tips and tricks in the industry.
Sundragon Community Pottery
Sundragon Community will be holding an in-depth pottery and wheelwork workshop for all you wanting to learn a new creative skill. During the course you will pick up techniques such as glazing, preparing clay, and surface decoration.
Led by tutor Katie Hess she will be able to guide you until the end and help you finish your pottery piece. Hess loves experimenting with form and trying out new ideas to make something truly amazing. She is trained to teach art and mainly practices in ceramics.
The workshop is aimed at beginners and individuals wanting to improve their pottery skills. During the 6 week course you will complete 6 sessions from 1:30 until 4 pm. They will begin on the 17th April and finish on the 22nd May and be held in the Moseley School of Art.
