We took a little tour around their Birmingham based brewery and got to meet with Patrick who is the sole founder of Pure Booch and we found out some really exciting things we had to share. Who Are Pure Booch?
Pure Booch was founded and created by Patrick O’Connor due to some of his own personal health issues. After making the Kombucha concoction and finding it helped with his health friends and family tried the drink and loved it! From here on knowing his kombucha had some pretty amazing health benefits and tasted delicious it was time to begin the business. Starting out at farmer markets trying to gain recognition to now having multiple awards and thousands of satisfied customers.
The name Pure Booch was picked as the drink itself is known for being natural hence Pure and Booch is a new upcoming slang word for Kombucha, so it was perfect to tell people exactly what they were getting. The star logo is meant to represent purity and quality which are 2 things Pure Booch certainly stand by.
