Carters have recently announced their Westlands UK pop-up will now be extended until New Years Eve. Since relocating from their previous Birmingham based location in Moseley to Westlands UK in Evesham in summer Carters will be extending their pop-up specially for the festive season. Reservations are now open for the Michelin starred restaurant and will be live from the 8th November until 31st December 2023.
Duo Holly and Brad will be launching their new seasonal menu with a special twist that embraces their relocation to Westlands. The iconic glasshouse venue will have a winter wonderland makeover specially for this Christmas and New Years period. The new look will whisk you away into a Christmas paradise with firepits and snow to get you in the festive spirit.
Their festive lunch menu will be served from 12 pm until 1:30 pm on Saturdays, the new dinner menu will be served Wednesday to Saturday starting at 6 pm every week from 29th November to 31st December 2023, plus there will be a special New Years Eve dinner on the 31st December from 5 pm.
Their lunch menu includes items such as Gozney Flatbread, Brussel Sprout Salad, and Wild Duck which is £65 per person. The dinner menu has a couple extra items on like their Cornish Hake, Squash, and CP Ice Cream this costs £85 per person.
Brad Carter has said the pop-up has received some amazing feedback and has proven to be successful hence them deciding to extend it over this festive period. He also said he is “super excited” for the extension of the pop-up and to see Carters open over the festive period.
