Six By Nico has been open in Birmingham since November 30th 2023, with their first tasting menu being the “Chippie Experience”. With this concept set to change as we approach the end of the six weeks brummies’ are getting excited over the possibilities of what it could be next. The restaurant has officially announced their new and upcoming menu will be the “Mad Hatter’s Tea Party” inspired by the classic Alice In Wonderland concept. This menu will run from the 15th January until 25th February 2024 and will be the second tasting menu for the Birmingham venue.
Similar to the previous menus the Mad Hatter’s Tea Party has 6 delicious courses all for the usual price of £39. Just like the “Chippie Experience” you pay an extra £30 to enjoy a specially picked wine with 5 of the courses at the meal. Six By Nico are fantastic at catering for dietary requirements and offer a vegetarian menu where all 6 courses contain no meat but stick to the fun Alice In Wonderland Theme.
Some of the dishes included on this magical menu are Mad Hatter’s Tea Party, The White Rabbit, and Queen Of Hearts. The Mad Hatter’s Tea Party dish consists of a Mushroom Tea with Smoked Bacon Jam, Truffle Parmesan Royale, Pickled Walnut and a Cheddar Scone. Their The White Rabbit course involves Rabbit, Chicken & Date Ballotine, Roasted Carrot, Pesto, Rabbit Bolognese, and Carrot Ketchup. For an end sweet treat, the Queen Of Hearts dessert has White Chocolate Mousse, Red Velvet Cake, Raspberries, and Pecan Brittle which looks fantastic!
