Orelle have done it again! The sky high restaurant have recently announced a new event coming up in collaboration with Sauvelle Vodka. This one night only event will take place at 6 pm on the 31st January 2024 in the restaurants private dining room. The intimate evening will consist of delicious food and hand crafted cocktails made with the Sauvelle Vodka.
During your evening at Orelle you will get to indulge in a 3 course meal created by top chef Chris Emery along with 3 specially paired Sauvelle Vodka cocktails. All this will be enjoyed in Orelle’s special private room overlooking the breathtaking views of Birmingham’s skyline. This event will cost £75 per person including the drinks and food and as part of the experience you will be guided through the flavoursome courses by both Orelle’s bartenders and the Sauvelle Vodka Brand Ambassador.
The first course on this menu is the cured salmon ballotine, barbeque cucumber, clementine, and kohlrabi paired with a gin based cocktail that has dill, cucumber, Yellow Chartreuse, Lillet Blanc, and elderflower tonic. Following this the next course entails roasted Peking duck, pithivier, Brussel sprouts, confit beetroot, pomme dauphine, and sherry jus accompanied with a Sauvelle Vodka cocktail with Amaro Nuova Aquitania, balsamic & prune reduction, Campari, and Malbec. The final sweet course includes milk chocolate mousse, walnut brownie, yuzu caramel, and vanilla ice cream on the side which is also paired with another Sauvelle Vodka with white miso caramel, cold brew coffee liqueur, freshly brewed espresso, and spiced rum.
Chef Chris Emery has expressed his excitement over the collaboration between Orelle and Sauvelle Vodka and says it has been an “absolute pleasure” and that the event will “push the boundaries” so expect greatness.
