Cosy Club
Cosy Club has probably got one of the greatest gluten free menus we have ever seen! There are so many different options to go for, no matter what mood you are in they have got whatever dish your tastebuds desire. The restaurant has huge windows where you can sit and overlook the beautiful views of the canal while enjoying your meal, which makes for a lovely, relaxed afternoon.
Cosy Club has got a very extensive and inclusive menu especially for their gluten free options. There is a whole dedicated section of gluten free meals for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and dessert so whenever you’re hungry there will be a dish here waiting for you. Some of the dishes that sound most delicious to us include the Shakshuka with feta, vegan brunch, and their Pan fried seabass these options plus so many more are all gluten free.
If you’re fancying a bottomless brunch, then you can also rely on the Cosy Club to pull through with the gluten free options for your food dish. The brunch is £25 per person and includes 90 minutes of bottomless drinks, plus you can choose any dish from their main menu at their regular menu price. The Botanist
Right in the heart of Birmingham on Temple Street The Botanist is a gorgeous restaurant that serves up delicious food including some rather outstanding gluten free options. This menu may not be as extensive as the Cosy Club, but it still does have some mouth watering meals that we know taste as good as they sound. Not only can you have a scrumptious dinner, but you will be attended to by lovely staff and be hosted in a stunning restaurant that will whisk you out of Brum and into a mystical botanical garden.
There are some fantastic starters, mains, and dessert choices to pick from that are all gluten free and will certainly fill those hungry stomachs. Some of these alternatives include their crispy halloumi hanging kebab, a chicken bang bang noodle salad, and their classic fish and chips which comes with mushy peas. Some of the dessert options include a sticky toffee pudding and their ice cream coupe which comes with a selection of yummy flavours.
If you’re wanting more than just a meal out, then The Botanist also hold classic bingo nights. The game follows your regular rules of bingo but with a little exciting twist, there will be a live performing musician and when you recognise the song or artist you can cross it off on your bingo card. When you cross of a line, 2 lines, or a full house you have bingo and can collect your prize from the lovely Botanist staff. These are held the first Wednesday of every month and take place from 8 pm you can just walk in or book your seat online to secure a spot.

Las Iguanas
Las Iguanas is known for their Latin American food they have an extensive menu including items from Brazil, Mexico, and Cuba. The menu is not just packed with flavour but also has such a great selection for veggies, vegans, and of course some gluten free meals too. There are 2 locations one being at the beautiful Brindley Place right next to the canal and the other just a short walk from new street on Temple Street.
There are some great main and desserts options to go for that are entirely gluten free or can be adapted to remove the gluten. Some of these amazing meals include the Fiesta Ensalada, Chicken Fajita Stack, and their Veggie Chili. When ordering you should take note to mention that you would like the gluten free option to ensure you get the right dish. Dessert wise you can pick from either the Chocolate Truffle Bar or their Tropical ices which come in coconut and mango.
Why not join Las Iguanas for one of their much beloved bottomless brunches. For the brunch you will get bottomless cocktails, mocktails, bubbles, beers, and spirits all included plus one of their brunch dishes too. There’s a few gluten free dishes on offer which include their Chicken Triple Tacos, the Bahian Jackfruit Curry Bowl, and their Chilli Con Carne Bowl but for a small extra fee you can pick any course from their main menu opposed to the limited brunch menu. These are available every day of the week and start at £31.95 per person for 2 hours of brunching.

Gusto
With 14 elegant Italians all over the UK, Gusto is the go to place for any special occasion or celebration. Their menus are built from simple ingredients that come together and create their delicious dishes. Their restaurants are designed to make you feel special and make any occasion the experience of a lifetime as you sit and enjoy their timeless interior with their mouthwatering foods.
The menu has quite the range of gluten free dishes that we think sound just divine. Some of these meals include their Prosecco Risotto, the Pan Fried Fillet of Sea Bass, and the Fillet Steak. They also have a range of yummy desserts such as their Cannoli Pistaccio, Ricotta and Lemon Tart, and the Amaretto Crème Brûlée which comes with a side of fresh berries.
Like the other restaurants Gusto have now started offering bottomless brunches. This includes 2 courses and bottomless drinks for 90 minutes; these are available Friday and Saturday from 12 pm until 3 pm and costs £37 per person. Drinks wise you can choose from Aperol Spritz, Passion Fruit Spritz, Prosecco, and their Limoncello Sangria. Their brunch menu has a selection of dishes from their main menu and does include the Pan Fried Fillet Of Sea Bass which is their gluten free option.

Serving great food made to make you feel right at home, Wildwood has a scrumptious well balanced menu including pizza, pasta, burgers, and grill options. Wildwood’s food is producing using some of the best seasonal ingredients to make those tasty meals you know and love. Gluten free wise you won’t be missing out as there are so many meals to pick from that will live up to every expectation. For pizzas you can ask for a non gluten classic base and with their pasta you can also request for it to be non gluten. Some of these options include their Margherita, Four Seasons pizza, Penne Arrabbiata, and the Spaghetti Carbonara there is also a Roasted Sea Bass Fillet and a Prawn & Courgette Risotto.
Ask Italian
With food taking real inspiration from Italy, Ask Italian is the place to be for some classic Italian bites. The restaurant wants to make you feel at home, a place where you can relax and unwind, leaving all worries at the door. Ask Italian put their heart and soul into every dish and are proud to offer vegan, veggie, and non gluten dishes so everyone can happily eat here.
Their menu offers pizza, pastas, salads and much more all including a note from the country Italy. For you gluten free lot there is a non gluten pizza base which all their classic pizzas can come with if you wish. If you’re fancying pasta, then they also offer non gluten fusilli pasta which can be applied to their classic pasta dishes. Other than those there are a couple other meals that are non gluten including their Risotto Con Pollo E Funghi and the Insalata Di Pollo E Pancetta which is a salad with lettuce, chicken, sweet potatoes, and pancetta.
