What is Secret Cinema?
Secret Cinema lets you step into your favourite movies and shows and get involved in the action. You will be immersed and transported into the world of film and feel as though you are in it! By working closely with film studios and experienced actors Secret Cinema capture every detail your most beloved movies and brings them to life. No 2 nights are the same at the cinema with new plots and story lines created for your enjoyment. The live experience is interactive with brilliant actors taking every story to the next level.
Some of the previous experiences at Secret Cinema include Dirty Dancing, Stranger Things, and Guardians Of The Galaxy which were all a great success. With this one of a kind experience coming to Birmingham it is not to be missed out on for a world full of fun.
Grease at Secret Cinema
Grease is a classic movie released in the 70’s about a summer romance between characters Sandy and Danny set in the 50’s with jives and rock ‘n roll music the film is a must watch. With the film being greatly beloved by thousands, this event is sure to be a hit.
This live cinema experience will take you back to the 1950’s where you can dance, sing, and party as though you are part of the movie. You’ll have a chance to singalong to Greases well known songs and recreate their iconic dances on their huge dance floor and party like its 1959. The 3 and a half hour event will allow you to experience the whole film in real life and feel like you’re the main character. Alongside the live experience there will be 50’s and Grease inspired food to snack on while you watch the movie outdoors underneath the stars.
Tickets are still available and start at £39 and go up to £139 for their premium plus tickets. Their more premium tickets will get you food & drink vouchers, fast passes, free champagne, and a tote bag. All tickets allow you to explore this Grease world, watch professional actors, and sing and dance like its 1959 again in a one of a kind, exciting festival environment. To really feel a part of the experience you’ve got to dress the part too, right? Leather jackets, black jeans, red lipstick, and luscious big hair are some of the key things you’ll need to feel like a true Pink Lady or T-Bird.
