Artsy Party
Now for something for all those creative couples out there, Artsy Party has the perfect activity for your next date. Artsy Party is a small company that hold regular sip and paints in different venues all over Birmingham. The activity aims to help people learn a new skill in a social and fun environment and create something beautiful to take home with you.
Each event has a particular theme where you get to paint something in line with that theme and show off your new artistic talent. Some of the previous themes include Bloomin Blossoms, Mandala Medley, and Painted Paradise. The sessions are led by a professional artist who will be able to help you create a masterpiece by showing you some key tips and tricks.
Prices start from £14.25 per person and there are often special deals for group bookings and early birds. Ball Park
Ball Park is home to Birmingham’s first and biggest adult ball pool and is a ridiculously fun idea for your next outing with your partner. See An Event At The NEC
The NEC is the UK’s largest event space ever and hosts some of the greatest shows to ever be seen. With lots of different events every year this is the place to go if you’re wanting to participate in a wonderful experience. No matter what you are interested in the NEC will have a show that fits yours and your partners personalities perfectly.
Some of the upcoming events that we would recommend attending are The Friends Experience, the Cake International event, and the Toy Collectors fair. Our personal favourite event the NEC will be holding this year is the Grease Secret Cinema Experience. This event will throw you back to the 50’s as you immerse yourself into the world of Grease and get your dancing shoes on.

Club Paradiso Summer Pop Up
Newly opened Club Paradiso is a summer pop up bar located right beside the Bullring on St Martin’s balcony. Open 7 days a week this outdoor terrace serves up some gorgeous cocktails, spirits, and draughts, great to sip on underneath the summer sun. When inside the bar you are transported out of Birmingham and into a tropical paradise.
Club Paradiso is filled with vibrant colours, greenery, and good vibes you will really feel as though you just stepped into Ibiza. The venue is also filled with great Instagrammable photo spots such as their huge deck chair, neon lights, and a swing feature perfect for your next Insta post.
Also serving up soft scoop ice cream the outdoor bar is giving up all the holiday feels. And where better to eat your ice cream than on one of the bars deck chairs overlooking the sites of Birmingham. With a pro DJ playing in the evenings, you can have a little dance while sipping on your favourite drink, what better way to spend the night.

Open from 10 am every day the gardens are a wonderful place to stroll around in the sunshine especially with the upcoming summer months. With 15 acres of ground there is so much to discover around the gardens and see plants you may have never seen before.
With exotic flowers and beautiful bonsai’s, the Botanical Gardens are not just for those green fingered couples but can make a fab date idea for anyone who enjoys the outdoors. Why not pack a picnic and a blanket to enjoy the grounds to their full potential. Sit back and relax while looking out onto the gorgeous views of the gardens and beyond you will truly feel at ease on these grounds. To enter the gardens a small fee is charged but its 100% worth it to see all the gorgeous sites.

Take A Trip On The Swan Boats At Cannon Hill Park
An activity you may have not considered is a trip on Cannon Hill Par’s swan boats. The swan pedal boats and a fun way to travel along the water while relaxing and taking in all the sites the park has to offer. While on the boat you can get up close to the ducks and watch them as they paddle beside you.
Trips last for 30 minutes to ensure you can travel around the entire lake and have fun doing so. Prices start at £10 depending on whether you want a two or four seater boat.
