With Valentines Day approaching quickly it’s time to get thinking about how you will be celebrating your loved one this year. For 2024 Orelle have created an exclusive 7 course menu especially for Valentines Day and we think it’s the perfect place to take your significant other. At Orelle you will be able to celebrate this special day with spectacular food, astounding views of the whole city, and beautiful live music that will really set the romantic mood.
This 7 course menu have been specially crafted by chef Chris Emery and includes some mouthwatering dishes you won’t want to miss out on. While the menu aims to celebrate your loved one it will also be a special celebration for Orelle’s strong relationship with their suppliers as the menu showcases some amazing ingredients from local suppliers. Some of these ingredients include the Venison which has come directly from the Lake District.
The menu will cost £120 and feature dishes such as the Homard which is glazed lobster served with charcoal, seaweed, and melon. Another course is the Côte de Boeuf for two which is a 50 day aged Côte de Boeuf that will be accompanied with truffle mac & cheese, glazed carrot, and bone marrow jus. For a sweet finale there is the Framboise which is a white chocolate mousse with raspberry & hibiscus compote, meringue, and raspberry sorbet.
The live music will be a splendid mix of vocals and musical instruments that will combine to create the perfect serenade. From 5:30 pm to 7 pm Ben and Chloe will perform with sweet vocals and the bliss sound of the piano, then 7:30 pm to 9:30 pm Georgia and Prok will play the guitar and sing too, finally from 9:30 pm to 11:30 pm Jess and Luke will be combining the piano, guitar, and vocals for a spectacular finish to the evening.
Executive Chef Chris states this “will make for the most romantic evening” so is certainly a good pick for Valentines. From the food, location, and stunning views Orelle is top of our list to celebrate our loved one this year!
