Birmingham’s Orelle Announce Collaboration With Simpsons Restaurant


For one night only Orelle will be collaborating with Simpsons restaurant to bring guests a delicious 6 course menu. Orelle’s chef Chris Emery and Simpsons Luke Tipping will be showcasing some of their best work that is guaranteed to get those taste buds tingling. The limited edition seasonal menu will be available on Tuesday 30th April 2024 in Orelle’s restaurant and is going to be something super special!

The exclusive collaboration will represent Chris and Luke’s French training and exhibit lots of wonderful local produce. The 6 courses will cost £90 per person with a selection of wines also available at an additional £60 per person.

Simpsons chef Luke will be serving up Heritage beetroots, buttermilk, wasabi, sorrel, and dill oil, followed by Cornish lamb, wild and black garlic, asparagus, and pomme purée, and then Lemon meringue pie, yoghourt sorbet. While Orelle’s chef Chris will be offering Smoked and cured scallop, rhubarb, almond, pickled ginger, and tigers’ milk, followed by Seared Gurnard, kale, mussel, spiced bouillabaisse, and nasturtium, then Petit Fours to finish.

Not only will be guests enjoy an evening filled with good food they will also get to enjoy some live entertainment. Resident musicians Georgia and Prok will be performing live music for all attendees to enjoy throughout this magical evening. With impressive vocals and gentle guitar strums the pair will be brining you music from Stevie Wonder, Dua Lipa, and Ed Sheeran.

Chef Chris Emery has expressed he is looking forward to the collaboration and cannot wait to showcase their local high-quality produce with this exclusive spring menu.
