While Six By Nico are known for their delicious six course tasting menus, they have recently announced they will be introducing a new 10 course dining experience! This menu will be available every Tuesday from the 16th April to the 14th May 2024. This is the first of several exlcusive concepts that will be introduced to the restaurant and is certainly something to get excited over.
The new 10 course dining concept is called the TRUST experience. Six By Nico are asking diners to put trust into their qualified chefs for the entirety of the 10 courses. Guests will be asked to write down their guesses and thoughts on each dish before it is revealed to them by the staff. The concept boasts about never having the same meal twice making the food options unique and endless!
Whilst the restaurant encourages diners to put their complete trust into their chefs you can request to know the dishes beforehand (however this may ruin the concept and surprise element).
The menu costs £45 per person with additional wine parings available for an extra £30. While this is essentially a surprise menu dinner guests can expect courses such as pasta, lamb, asparagus, and fish. This menu aims to push the culinary boundaries and showcase the amazing skills the chefs at Six By Nico have. Six By Nico wants to keep revolutionising their restaurant by coming up with special and eccentric concepts that will shock and entertain their guests.
